Product Design
Our in-house design team boasts exceptional skills in graphic design, packaging, 3D industrial design, finished artwork, visualisation and DTP. We travel regularly, searching for innovative products and ensuring we are on top of the latest trends.
Branding
We continue to build out our own in-house branding facility. This brings our clients added flexibility, time and cost savings, and even greater comfort that branding complies with their strictest CI guidelines. We to offer dye sublimation, embroidery, screen printing, pad printing, heat transfer, laser engraving, debossing & foiling.
Local Manufacturing & Sourcing
Depending on the client’s requirements, we supply by: sourcing stock in the local market, making to order in the local market, or making to order at our overseas factories.
We are a top-tier reseller for all local trade stockists and are able to pass on these price benefits to our customers. In addition, we are able to offer brands like K-Way, First Ascent, Polo and Adidas.
Our on-site factory in Cape Town offers clients unique solutions in a proudly South African environment. We keep an extensive range of raw materials in stock for efficient turnaround. Trade and industry grants have enabled us to upgrade our machinery and offer superior manufacturing services across a number of categories including clothing and bags.
Warehousing
We provide a full warehousing, pick & pack, kit-packing and distribution service from both our Cape Town and Midrand facilities. In total we have approximately 9000m2 under roof.
Pick and Pack
Experienced teams are always on hand to ensure quick and reliable pick & pack alongside diligent quality checks and controls.
Distribution
We have our own delivery trucks in Cape Town and Johannesburg for local deliveries, and we have longstanding relationships with third party couriers for our national distribution requirements.
For many of our clients we handle cross-border distribution into Africa.
Importing
Direct importing is a significant part of our business. We have built up an extensive supplier base all over the world including Madagascar, Mauritius, China, Pakistan, and India. Every one of our partner factories have been vetted for quality assurance and ethical compliance.
Online Stores
As part of our fully managed uniform and gifting programmes, we provide our clients with a fully customised and secure online store where their staff and/or clients are able to place orders for our warehouses to pick, pack and deliver. Online stores are integrated with our cloud-based ERP solution to reflect live pricing and stock on hand. Payments are via credit card, EFT or charge code/purchase order.
Online Catalogue
Our online catalogue comprises a comprehensive selection of “ready-to-brand” corporate gifts, clothing, headwear and display. Branding lead times are approximately 2-5 days from layout approval.
