Custom Design

Patterns & Sampling
We develop our own patterns in house to produce concept and fit samples. Seal samples and tech packs are delivered to both our clients and our production teams to ensure compliance and accuracy
Sourcing & Manufacturing
We have over 35 years’ experience in the development and sourcing of raw materials and trims, ensuring that every garment is “fit for purpose” and that there is 100% consistency from one production run to the next. Together with our specialist production team our goal is to ensure we deliver retail-quality clothing.
Quality Control
We conduct stringent pre-production testing on all fabrics. Pre-production samples are tested for durability and fit. Bulk production proceeds only once results meet retail industry standards. Further QC is conducted during and on completion of bulk production.
Stock Management
Our experienced demand planning team ensures optimal inventories to avoid out of stock scenarios. Warehousing and tracking of raw materials, WIP and finished goods throughout the value chain is system driven and managed for full visibility and ultimate control.
Pick and Pack
Experienced teams are always on hand to ensure quick and reliable pick and pack. Our SLA’s are 48-72 Hours from order receipt to distribution. With strict controls in place to ensure 100% accuracy.
Distribution
We have our own vehicles for main centre deliveries in Cape Town and Johannesburg. For national distribution we rely on our longstanding relationships with leading courier partners. We have extensive experience delivering into SADC regions as well as the rest of Africa.
Online Stores
We provide our clients with a fully customised, PCI compliant, integrated and secure online store. Orders placed online feed into our ERP system for seamless and efficient processing. Our online shops can integrate via secure API into our client’s procurement and HR systems for enhanced functionality.
Reporting
At regular monthly meetings with our clients, we provide detailed reporting on sales, stock on hand of finished goods, raw materials and work-in progress. Free-to-sell inventory reports further ensure 100% transparency, giving our clients peace of mind and full insight into their uniform program.
