Range Design
Our in-house team of designers and account managers will collaborate with your team to develop the right mix of quick turnaround “ex stock” gifts and highly bespoke “made to order” gifts.
Sampling
Prior to bulk production we will prepare CADs and pre-production branded samples for your approval.
Sourcing & Manufacturing
Whether sourcing ready-made items or making bespoke items to order, locally or from overseas, our suppliers have all been carefully vetted for quality and ethical standards.
Quality Control
On raw materials, we conduct double testing, first on pre-production samples and then on bulk. On all bulk production we use independent QC agencies and follow the AQL 2.4 methodology. Inspections are conducted during and post production to assess quality against approved samples and to ensure counts and packing are correct.
Stock Management
For such corporate gift programmes, we carry ready-branded stock in our secure warehouses for quick turnaround. We replenish to model stock levels based on rigorous demand planning and always with client sign off. We have a strong balance sheet to finance the stock for our clients.
Pick & Pack
Experienced teams are always on hand to ensure quick and reliable pick & pack alongside diligent quality checks and controls.
Distribution
We have our own delivery trucks in Cape Town and Johannesburg for local deliveries, and we have longstanding relationships with third party couriers for our national distribution requirements.
Online Stores
As part of our fully managed uniform and gifting programmes, we provide our clients with a fully customised and secure online store where their staff and/or clients are able to place orders for our warehouses to pick, pack and deliver. Online stores are integrated with our cloud-based ERP solution to reflect live pricing and stock on hand. Payments are via credit card, EFT or charge code/purchase order.
Reporting
We provide regular reporting of sales, stock on hand (finished and raw materials), work-in-progress, and free-to-sell inventory.
